This shiraz is made from 25 years old vines that are located in 2 villages: Saint Péray and Guilherand Granges. It has a nice colour with purplish tints. The nose is fruity with red berry notes. The mid-palate is fruity and balanced with a nice freshness. Hand harvest grapes only.

Pairing:

Red Meat, White Meat, Cheese. This wine will be a perfect accompaniment to roasted / bbq meats, brochettes, lasagna, tandoori chicken, and meat pies.
