For a cold chocolate lava cake:

- Defrost 2h in the fridge

- Leave 10 min at room temperature

For hot chocolate lava cake:

Option 1. Microwave

- No defrosting

- Reheat 45  seconds

Option 2. Oven

- No defrosting

- Bake 16 min at 180°C

Option 3. Airfryer

- No defrosting

- Bake 12 min at 180°C
