Reblochon: Cheese made from unpasteurised milk. Since 1958, Reblochon, or Reblochon of Savoie, is recognised by an Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC), now known as a Protected Designation of Origin (AOP) at European level.
It is a semi-hard cheese with a washed rind from the Savoy Alp. It has a fruity hazelnut flavour. And ripens for 3 weeks.
