Our Salmon Bass (also named meagre or Stone Bass) is raised on the Mediterranean coast near Valence with total respect for both the environment and animal welfare. Fed with a natural diet, free from any genetically modified organisms, this ASC certified fish will offer you a firm and tasty flesh closed to Seabass.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C for long term storage (until expiry date mentioned on the pack) or store in your fridge (in the original packaging) for consumption within 2-3 days.
Defrosting Instructions: Keep the fillets into their original vacuum-sealed pack and leave it in your fridge until completely thawed (around 24 hours).
Oven: Cook the salmon bass portions in the over at 180°c for 15 minutes with your favourite seasoning (herbs, olive oil, salt, pepper)
Pan-fried: 10-15 minutes
