Our hake is caught off the French coasts by fishermen who only select the very best specimens. Their aim is to perpetuate traditional fishing and defend artisanal fishing methods that respect both the fish and the environment.
The delicate flesh of our product is appreciated all the more as it contains very few bones.
Remove the sleeve but leave the product in its original packaging and place it in cold water for about 5 to 8 minutes. It is ready to cook or keep refrigerated between 2 to 4°C for 24 hours.
Fried, with a twist of citrus juice for a few minutes, or simply cooked in the oven.
