A rich, slow-cooked casserole originating in the south of France in the Languedoc region, containing pork sauasage, porkskin (couennes) and white beans. 

INGREDIENTS:

Sauce: Water lard-tomato-flour-sugar-salt-flavor-gelling agents: guar gum and xanthan gum, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate. Cooked white beans (36%). Meats and meat (22%) smoked sausages and salami (binder: soy protein), prepared pork shoulder in salt-preservatives: sodium nitrite-E316-stabilizers: di-tri-polyphosphates-gelling: E407a. The flavors contain derivatives of milk and egg.
