The CHAROLAIS BEEF PARFAIT is made from specially selected cuts of beef, trimmed, with all fat removed, and then cut into ultra-fine slices which are assembled into a disc shaped mould. Because of CONVIVIAL's exclusive process, the muscle cells remain intact and provide the flavour and tenderness of the meat when cooked.
Cook in a hot pan or directly on a very hot griddle lightly oiled. Sear the Charolais Beef Parfait on each side for 2 min 30 seconds. Then cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Turn over after 1 minute using a spatula to avoid breaking. The Charolais Beef Parfait is even tastier when cooked Blue or Rare.
