The pork grilladin is the pork's loin chain. It's an original and unusual cut, characterized by a long shape and a dark red colour marbled with fat.
The fat present on the Grilladin become crispy when seized, enhancing the taste of the meat. The long shape shrinks slightly during cooking.
We recommend cooking on a plancha : sear over high heat, to be eaten pink.
