- 500 G of Lamb Neck Bone In (Navarin)
- 250g of Express Couscous
- 1 diced red pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 cloved garlic (peeled & crushed)
- 1 teaspoon of tomato puree
- 400g tomato base sauce or 400g tin tomatoes
- 2 sprigs of fresh basil
- Salt
- Vegetable stock (optional)
- Olive Oil
 

Here is a very simple recipe offered to you by MyMarket to cook lamb. Enjoy a delicious mediterranean meal in Hong Kong.

- First heat a large saucepan
- Gently fry the onion for 10 minutes in olive oil.
- While the onions are frying, cut the lamb in dice, chop the garlic, and cut the red pepper in small pieces.
- Add the lamb, the garlic, the red pepper and the tomato puree.
- Stir in the tomato sauce or the tinned tomatoes with water and basil.

After half an hour (30mn) put it in a deep baking tin and cover it.
Let it cook for around 2 hours at 150°C.

For the couscous you can make it boil in the water (8mn), or in a vegetable stock.
You can also put the boiling vegetable stock on the couscous in a serving tin, wait 10mn an let it absorb it.

Finaly serve the lamb with the couscous together.
