Orloff Roast Pork
For this recipe you'll need:
- - 1 kg of roast pork
- - 6 slices of any cheese
- - Ham or charcuterie
- - Salt (pinch)
- - Pepper
- - Oil or butter
- - Garlic
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C.
Season the pork well with salt and pepper. Place the pork in an ovenproof dish.
You can put garlic around the pork roast.
Put butter or oil at the bottom of the dish.
You can add some herbs ("bouquet garnis") to give more taste.
Put the dish in the oven and cook for 50 minutes.
Take out of the oven then cut slits in the pork, stopping just before cutting it fully, so that the slices remain connected from below. Add a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon to each slit.
You can use a rope to keep it close tightly.
Put back in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
